Site Access and Layout
A new single storey building will be constructed to accommodate a 2,125 sqm Lidl food store. The proposed development will benefit from 120 car parking bays including disabled and parent and child spaces.
The main entrance to the store is on the South East corner of the building with a glazed facade towards George Westwood Way creating an active frontage which then wraps around the corner of the southern elevation facing Common Lane North.
The delivery access is on the western side of the building, adjacent to Pound Road.
